Chairman & Founder

Ravin is the Founder of Credipath Security Services and Credipath Accountancy & Advisory, with over 20 years of experience in the UK market. He has a strong track record of establishing and leading businesses across facility management, accountancy, and security services.

He is also the founder of Ritz Facility Management and Ritz Accounting Services, both of which have been successfully rebranded under the Credipath brand, reflecting a unified vision for quality and professional service delivery.

Holding professional qualifications including FMIAB, MCMI, and an MSc in Finance, Ravin brings extensive expertise in operations, compliance, and organisational management. His leadership ensures that Credipath Security Services delivers reliable, compliant, and client focused solutions, supported by robust processes and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Ravin is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, providing trusted and tailored services to clients across the UK.

Sanjeewa Roshantha Hewarajage

Operation Director

Roshantha is a highly disciplined and accomplished retired Major of the Sri Lanka Army, with over 20 years of distinguished and unblemished service. He has been awarded the Rana Sura Padakkama twice an honor equivalent to the Victoria Cross (VC) in the UK for exceptional courage and leadership in the face of the enemy.

He holds a strong academic foundation with multidisciplinary expertise in defence, engineering, and information technology, including BSc in Defence Studies (SL), BSc in Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunications) (SL), Postgraduate Diploma in Radar and Control Systems (India), MSc in Computer Science (UK)

Roshantha is professionally certified in First Aid, SIA Door Supervision, Cyber Security Analysis, and IBMcertified Business and Data Analysis.

Combining extensive military leadership with advanced technical and analytical skills, he excels in high-pressure environments, managing complex systems and delivering strategic solutions. He now seeks to leverage this diverse skill set in professional roles within security, technology, or analytical domains.
